OtterBox Defender Series Case for iPhone 5
OtterBox iPhone 5 Case Pros:
The external rubber layer has some plastic element to it so that it is easy to slide in/remove from your pocket without collecting any lint/dust.
the external rubber layer is super snug around the inner plastic layer case.
the entire case does not add bulk to the iPhone like its predecessors did. Its amazingly much thinner and stronger than the previous Defender cases.
The front and rear cameras are wide open so that the case will not interfere with flash or cause any unwanted vignette.
OtterBox iPhone 5 Case Con:
It is extremely hard to open and the port covers for all ports (mute button port, charging port, and ear phones port).
It is difficult to access the mute button. The case has a tiny opening to access the mute button & makes it difficult for a person like me with big fingers to mute my phone.
The built-in screen protector reduces the image quality of the retina display. (This can be resolved easily by removing the Otterbox screen protector itself. It sounds crazy, but you will love your iPhone and Defender case much more. The native iPhone screen is already extremely anti-scratch resistant, finger smudge resistant with a tempered glass. Ive never had problems or scratches on my screen. The built in screen protector for the Defender case may be redundant and not worth losing the image quality on your screen.)

The Defender Series for the iPhone 5 draws inspiration from customers with an active lifestyle or who subject their phone to harsh environments. Its robust, three-layer design withstands dust, drops, and bumps, making the Defender Series the industry leader for its protective qualities. From a drop onto the asphalt to a toss across your living room by a temper tantrum-throwing toddler, we’ve thought of all of those “worst case scenarios” when designing the Defender Series.

Therefore, even though it would feel like losing your virginity when you first hold it or whatever, I really don’t care about the sixth generation iPhone – the iPhone 5. Because when I boot it up… there is still going to be grid of icons. Just no, never again.
Because it’s exciting, it has character. It’s almost like its fighting me. I had to change my habits and have an opportunity to learn more about cars, and even though at first it seemed like unpolished, unexciting car – it’s just the best purchase of my life so far!
Everything works cohesively this way. Despite not being quite as easy to setup as it would be on an iOS device. I’m not sure anything compares to the simplicity of iTunes + iPhone in terms of setup, but if you want to make granular changes to the files on a phone it is much nicer to have a OtterBox iPhone 5 Case. Whether you look at them in a vacuum, or compared to Apple’s previous quarters, or the competition, there’s no way these numbers are anything but amazing. Yet, they ‘miss’ because some investor douchebags ‘expected’ even better ones, for some random reason.
You might argue that Apple has less incentive to update the iPad 3 in the future because they discontinued it, just like they discontinued the iPad 1, which stopped receiving iOS updates despite clearly having sufficient hardware. This will not be an issue because the iPad 2 is still on the market! Apple will obviously obsolete the iPad 2 earlier than the iPad 3. History tells us that the iPad 2, since it’s still on the market and will likely be sold for another year, will be updated to iOS 7 since iOS 7 will arrive around the time iPad 2 likely leaves the market. However, the iPad 2 may not receive iOS 8 if it’s discontinued next year. Considering these factors, the iPad 3 is almost guaranteed to receive at least iOS 8 because I don’t think Apple will obsolete both generations of iPad at the same time. If Apple continues to sell the iPad 2 as a budget option for more than the next year, expect software support for iPad 3 to continue even further into the foreseeable future.
As an example, I recently bought a car, a bad car. Stuff keeps breaking, and it eats a lot of fuel and is small and I need to get new tires … and at first I hated it so much… but as time passed, I fell in love with that little bastard!
